"I'm the kind of guy that reads reviews but never leaves one. But because of the customer service and quality of work provided by Doug and the crew at The Hot Water Heater Company I am going to this time. For a while after installing a large soaking tub in our Master Bath my wife was tired of not having enough hot water to really enjoy a long hot bath. I started researching Tankless systems but I was never satisfied with the info I found or the "sales pitches" I was given. Finally one morning after her "tepid" bath we decided we had to do something. Luckily I found The Hot Water Heater Company online and read some reviews and decided to call. Surprise, a person answered. No voice mail, no recording, just Doug saying he could be here in twenty minutes. When he got here he listened to what my concerns were and looked around the house and got up in the attic and then began taking the time to educate me and answer my questions. Do you ever just get a good feeling about a person the first time you meet them? That was Doug. Long story short, this all happened about 10 am. By 7 pm that same day Doug and his crew had installed a new Navien Tankless system and my wife was soaking in HOT water. If you think you are ready to install a new system but are just not sure, give Doug a call. You will not be disappointed."

I had several other estimates with the salesman chatting like a car salesman and the monetary was 2-fold the price.. "Doug answered his phone at 8:00 am Monday morning and replaced my hot water tank later that day. This was greatly appreciated as it was leaking on Sunday. "I've been through the "let me send somebody out and give you a price and they can get started right away" game with most of the hot water experts out there. Their trucks are too small to carry any assortment of tanks. It's a sales game. I finally called late Sunday and sent pictures of size decal and piping layout. Monday morning, after picking up the right tank, out he comes and in goes the new tank. Out goes the old tank and the fixing were done quickly. We had a nice chat as all of this was going on. He cleaned up twenty years of refuse around and under the tank. Pricing was lower than others. I couldn't be happier. He's honest, quick, and responsive. Give him a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed."

"Excellent customer service. Contacted Doug regarding a water heater replacement, within a couple hours I had quotes on the two options we had discussed. No pressure sales tactics, just answered questions on each option. Scheduled an appointment to make the switch, he was on time, removed the old water heater, re-plumbed for the tankless unit and set me up for a future recirculating line. And after the install, Doug went above and beyond and helped me with another plumbing problem. "Doug came to our home to repair a plumbing issue and it was immediately apparent that he was knowledgeable, had excellent communication skills, and had the kind of work ethic that provides value to his customers. After he finished making the repairs he wanted to test the lines to make sure no debris were affecting the lines and in the process he discovered that one of our electric water heaters (for a separate guest cottage) had a serious short. If he had not been so thorough the problem with the water heater (which was under the roof and required extra effort to get to) would have gone undetected and would have caused sparks quite possibly causing a very damaging fire! We hired Doug to replace the small water heater and, because we were so impressed with his service, also had him replace our main water heater. Since acquiring solar panels, we wanted to change our existing propane water heater to electric which required Doug to also install an electrical connection to our circuit panel. Doug arrived on time and installed the new units with exceptional service. Working with him was very easy and pleasant and we truly appreciated his high degree of professionalism. After several months we can say the new units are working flawlessly. I can heartily recommend Doug for any water heater repair or replacement needs you may have."
